Estimados Feligreses, ¡La paz del Señor esté con ustedes! Como les había mencionado, el 7 de diciembre, que uno de nuestros sacerdotes fue expuesto por el Covid-19 fuera de la parroquia. Tomamos este asunto muy seriamente y entramos en una cuarentena para la seguridad de ustedes. Todos hemos tomado el examen de Covid-19, consultado con nuestros doctores y guardado la cuarentena para la nuestra seguridad nuestra y de la comunidad. Nuestros doctores nos han notificado que podremos regresar a nuestra normalidad comenzando el 17 de diciembre. Les damos las gracias por sus oraciones. Este pasado fin de semana, tuvimos el apoyo de los sacerdotes de Santa Rosa que celebraron las Misas para nuestra comunidad. Estamos muy agradecidos por su generosidad en este tiempo de necesidad. En la semana del 14 al 18 de diciembre, todas las Misas serán transmitidas por Facebook y YouTube de la parroquia sin la distribución de comunión después de la celebración. Lunes-Viernes 7:00 a.m. Misa en Ingles Martes y Jueves 7:00 p.m. Misa en Español El martes, 15 de diciembre, vamos a tener una Hora Santa transmitida de 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. El viernes, 18 de diciembre, tendremos nuestra Hora Santa normal de 7:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. en el estacionamiento del Salón Parroquial. El fin de semana del 19 al 20 de diciembre regresaremos a nuestra normalidad. Como parroquia y comunidad continuaremos siguiendo los protocolos que se nos han pedido por los oficiales de la Arquidiócesis, Estado y Condado para mantener a nuestra comunidad segura durante todos nuestros eventos y liturgias. Dear Parishioners, Peace of the Lord be with you! It previously mentioned on December 7, 2020, that one of the priests was exposed with Covid-19. We took this matter very seriously and decided to quarantine ourselves and keep the community safe. We all have taken COVID-19 tests, spoken to our doctors, and have quarantined for the good and safety of all. Our doctors have given us positive news and starting December 17, 2020, we will be able to return to our normality at the Parish. Thank you for all your prayers during this time of uncertainty. We were blessed and fortunate to have the priests of Santa Rosa celebrate Mass this past weekend for our community, we appreciate their generosity in this time of need. During the week of December 14 th through December 18 th , all the Masses will be Livestreamed on our parish Facebook/YouTube without the distribution of Communion. Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. English Mass Tuesday and Thursday Spanish Mass at 7:00 p.m. On Tuesday, December 15th, we will have a Holy Hour Livestreamed from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. On Friday, December 18 th , we will have our normal Holy Hour from 7:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall parking lot. The weekend of December 19 th through December 20 th , we will back to normal. As a parish and community will continue to follow all the protocols set in place by the Archdiocese, State, and County officials so as to keep everyone safe in our liturgies and events. Al comenzar el Adviento, se nos invita a prepararnos en nuestro corazón para recibir a Jesús celebrando su nacimiento en la Navidad. Este año, el Adviento y la Navidad se celebrarán de una manera muy diferente y única mientras luchamos contra la pandemia de COVID-19. Como comunidad parroquial de San Fernando celebraremos estas temporadas con hermosas celebraciones de una manera segura y en oración.

As we begin Advent, we are invited to prepare in our hearts to receive Jesus as we celebrate His birth in Christmas. This year Advent and Christmas will be celebrated in a very different and unique way as we struggle with the COVID-19 pandemic. As a parish community of Saint Ferdinand we will celebrate these seasons with beautiful celebrations in a safe and prayerful way.
